DESCRIPTION:Pause & Connect is a monthly space via a virtual Zoom gathering for caregivers of people with cerebral palsy to breathe\, feel supported\, and connect in community. \n✨December – “Looking Ahead”\nSetting hopes and goals for the new year — alongside Inclusive Schools Week (Dec 4–8)\, reminding us that belonging in education and community is a year-round commitment. \n✨ Purpose\nTo create a safe and nurturing online space where parents and caregivers of people with cerebral palsy can pause from daily routines\, connect with others who understand\, and feel seen and supported. \n✨ Why We Gather\nTo connect the CP community\, share our experiences\, and exchange practical ideas that help us support ourselves and our loved ones with confidence and connection at every age and stage. \n✨ Format\nZoom Video Conference\nTo honor different schedules\, session times rotate each month between a midday and an evening option: \n\n2nd Wednesday — 12:00–12:55 pm PST\n4th Thursday — 6:00–6:55 pm PST\n\nEach month offers one peer-led session\, following this rotation. \nIn our time together\, you’ll find empathy\, understanding\, and community—gentle reminders that you don’t have to navigate this path alone.
