DESCRIPTION:A celebration built by and for our community \nJoin us on Saturday\, October 24\, for the 8th Annual Disability Pride Parade & Festival\, the only event of its kind in Southern California. This free\, family-friendly celebration blends Halloween\, Día de los Muertos\, and fall festivities with Disability Pride\, bringing our community together for a joyful day of celebration. \n​The day kicks off with the Disability Parade\, where people with disabilities and allies march through the streets of East Los Angeles in solidarity. From there\, the festival is packed with things to do: DJs and dancing\, games for all ages and abilities\, a haunted maze\, face painting\, a petting zoo\, and an adaptive climbing wall. Trick-or-treat at every table while you explore booths from 20+ local resources and organizations. Costumes are highly encouraged!
