Jeff Thomas
Chair
Jeff is a seasoned media executive with iHeart Media who believes in the power of connection—on and off the air. A proud granddad, he calls Ventura home and is often found at a live show or a Dodger game. Being part of Inclusive Sol means elevating opportunities and choices so everyone can thrive and succeed.
Robin Scott-Hutchens, EA, MST
Vice Chair / Treasurer
Robin loves numbers and has a knack for making spreadsheets sing. A true speed racer, she enjoys Formula 1 racing. Even though she hails from the South, she now makes her home in Long Beach, where she enjoys being outdoors and pretending to garden. An Inclusive Sol fosters belonging by creating spaces where everyone can feel connected, respected, and seen.
Lili Zandpour, JD
Secretary
Lili brings a global lens and a grounded heart to the board. A former attorney-turned-educator, mom, and avid traveler, she now calls Laguna Beach home. She finds joy in nature, meaningful connection, and the simple art of being present. Being an Inclusive Sol is rooted in action that fosters a more humane world where all children feel a sense of meaningful connection and belonging.

Founder & Executive Director
Reena cultivates inclusion through intent and empathy. Guided by her Filipina roots and motherhood, she thrives on orchestrating community gatherings in the City of Angels and beyond. When she’s not connecting people with purpose, she’s soaking in live music, savoring vegan eats, or rolling up her sleeves to serve. At its core, being an Inclusive Sol is about connection—lighting the way toward equity, belonging, and how we show up for one another.
